TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Hang It Services Limited (hereinafter called The Guarantors) undertakes to guarantee the following against faulty material and workmanship for a period of:
   1. Fixtures and fittings (one year).
2. All equipment and materials supplied remain the sole property and title of The Guarantors until paid for in full. The Guarantors reserve the right to access and remove all equipment and materials not paid for.
3. Notification of any complaint must be given before the expiry date, to come within the terms of the guarantee.
4. In the unlikely event of defect or in any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the works as invoiced. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
5. Any works cancelled, or if our technicians are unable to proceed with works due to circumstances beyond their control, especially where work(s) have been previously discussed and agreed upon will require 24 hours notice, a minimum cancellation fee of half of the accepted estimate plus VAT will apply.
6. Where free parking cannot be provided by the client, any parking charges incurred will be added to the invoice.
7. All invoices are due upon presentation unless otherwise agreed in advance.
8. This warranty does not cover:
   1. Any accidental damage to the artwork or mirror.
   2. Any repair or alteration being undertaken by a person or persons not authorised to do so by The Guarantors.
   3. Any works undertaken by The Guarantor which are contrary to the advice given by the technician.
9. It is a condition of the warranty that the customer will accept the advice of the technician in regard to the suitability of the equipment fitted and the correct positioning of the equipment.  No liability is implied or accepted if the customer insists on the equipment being fitted in a given position against the advice of the technician.
10. Any claims under the guarantee found not to be valid in respect of faulty workmanship or materials will be charged the current rate or service charge at the time of call out or inspection.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
    The Guarantors shall not under any circumstances (howsoever caused) be liable for any loss or damage caused by or arising out of fire, flood, burglary or house-breaking, act of God, riot, explosion, aircraft or things dropped therefrom, lightening, or any other consequential loss or damage due to causes beyond their immediate control or the acts of third parties whether criminal or otherwise.
12. A valid receipt will need to be produced in the event of a claim.  Failure to produce this may void your right to claim.
