Shoreditch’s signature property is the warehouse-conversion loft — high ceilings, exposed brick walls, original timber beams and substrates that need real planning before any drilling. The Tea Building, Bowater House and the converted blocks along Curtain Road and Rivington Street are textbook examples. Residential lofts across the area share the same character. We bring SDS hammer drills, expanding masonry fixings and longer drill bits as standard.
Shoreditch’s hospitality cluster — boutique hotels, restaurants, members’ clubs — adds another constant strand of work. We handle reception artwork, corridor galleries, full refurbishment rollouts and the seasonal refreshes some venues run.
